Most of our items are made to order. Production typically takes 1–3 business days, followed by UK delivery, which usually takes 2–4 working days. Please allow a total of 3–10 business days for your order to arrive.
Q: Can I track my order?
In most cases, yes — you’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped. However, due to the way some products are fulfilled and shipped (especially items from different suppliers), tracking may not always be immediately available. We make every effort to provide tracking details as soon as possible, and we’re always happy to help if you have questions about your order’s status.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll sort it quickly — either with a replacement or a refund.
